Your Cash4Life Single Line Ticket is for the official Cash4Life lottery game operated by the New Jersey State Lottery Commission, which usually takes place daily at 21:00 Eastern Time (ET).

To form a Single Line Ticket on Cash4Life, you will select 6 numbers; 5 Main Numbers (from balls numbered from 1 – 60), and 1 “Cash Ball” (from balls numbered from 1 – 4).

The price for each Single Line Ticket is fixed. The price will be displayed on the relevant page at the time the Ticket is purchased. Once your Single Line Ticket has been purchased for Cash4Life, you will receive a receipt via email.

If your Single Line Ticket for Cash4Life matches all 6 winning numbers drawn in the official Cash4Life draw that you’ve purchased your ticket for, the prize won by you will be the jackpot prize as published by the New Jersey State Lottery Commission, after deduction of local taxes if any.

Any player who wins the Tier 1 Jackpot prize with their Cash4Life ticket may choose to either take a fixed lump sum payment of $7m USD, or to receive their Winnings as annuity payments of $1,000 USD per day for 20 years. A Tier 2 prize winner on Cash4Life will choose to either take a fixed lump sum of $1m USD, or to receive annuity payments of $1,000 USD per month for 20 years. None of the other Cash4Life prize tiers offer an annuity-based prize.

Should a Winner choose to receive their prize by the annuity option, then we will claim from the Foreign Lottery a lump sum payment of the Winnings on their behalf, and then pay the lump sum to a third-party fund manager of their choice who will manage the annuity payments due to them.
